A nonrefundable & non-transferable deposit is required to book your appointment. (Deposit amount varies based on appointment) No Call/No Show: Any no call/no show will automatically be charged HALF/50% the appointment cost. (You are considered a no show after being 15 min late, please take into account traffic and weather conditions) Cancellations: I kindly ask if you are unable to make your appointment, please extend the courtesy of letting me know. Should you decide to cancel at any time, this results in forfeiture of your deposit. *NOTE* Cancellations 24 hrs or less prior to your appointment are considered a no show - resulting in an automatic charge of HALF/50% the appointment cost. Rescheduling: You may RESCHEDULE your appointment 3 days (72 hrs) prior to your appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited. If you miss the 3 day/72 hr window, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. You are allowed to reschedule once, any reschedules after that will be considered a cancellation/new appointment and a new deposit will be required. Additional Policies: Payment methods of Cash, Venmo and Paypal is preferred but I also take other payment options via Gloss Genius (Credit cards, ApplePay etc. are accepted with an additional 3.5% fee) Before and after photos are required by my insurance and may be posted on social media for marketing purposes (Facebook, Instagram etc.) I have a strict no guest policy due to lack of space and bloodborne pathogens. Children and extra guests will not be accommodated. (Unless you are getting a BFF or couples tattoo - both clients must be getting a service done by me) No refunds - refunds will not be provided for any services rendered. Existing brow work - if you have existing brow work, you must get my approval before booking. Please send me three clear photos: front facing, slightly turned to the right, and slightly turned to the left with no filters in good lighting for approval. Please note coverups and corrections are possible however, not all previous work can be covered up or corrected. Working with previous work from another artist can be complicated and time consuming, results are not guaranteed. (If you show up to your appointment with existing brow work that was not mentioned to me, and I am unable to work on you, I will have to turn you away resulting in a cancellation fee of 50% appointment cost) NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO ARE/HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: • Under 18 years of age, even with parental consent. • Pregnant or nursing • Individuals who are allergic to pigmentation or make up • Prone to keloid scarring (ombre is okay) • Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, Eczema or Psoriasis near the eyebrow area • Viral infections/diseases •Epilepsy or seizures • Hemophilia (bleeding disorder) • Pacemaker or major heart complications • Undergoing Chemotherapy • Used Accutane within the last 12 months • Received Botox or fillers in the last 30 days • Currently taking Armor Thyroid medication • Please notify me if you have had any allergic reactions to topical anesthetics. PRE CARE POLICIES • Do not work out the day of the procedure. • Do not take anything that will thin your blood such as Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Ibuprofen, alcohol or caffeine (coffee, green tea, soda, energy drinks, etc.) at least 24 hours before procedure. Tylenol is allowed. • No waxing at least 3 days before the procedure. • No eyebrow tinting or botox at least 2 weeks prior to your procedure. • Electrolysis treatments should be performed no less than five days before. Do not resume any method of hair removal for at least two weeks after your procedure. • You may experience hypersensitivity and more pain around or during your menstrual cycle. • Procedure cannot be performed if you are currently pregnant or nursing. NO EXCEPTIONS. • Procedure will not be done over blemishes, sores and moles on or around the eyebrow area. • DO NOT DISCONTINUE ANY MEDICATION BEFORE CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR. ***By proceeding to book an appointment, you certify that you have read and understood my policies, as well as all the health risks and confirm that you have none of the health risks listed above***
